Dr Robert Lyons is an Adelaide psychiatrist specialising in transgender health. He is president of the Australian and New Zealand Professional Association for Transgender Health (ANZPATH), and head of the South Australian Gender Dysphoria Unit.
I am interested in transgender health because … of fate. From 1981-1988, I was working as a psychiatrist in the field of HIV/AIDS.
