This patient bit off more than he could chew

This is a classic example of biting off more than you can chew — or at least more than this patient could chew without his dentures.
After misplacing his false teeth, the 61-year-old man decided to snack on chestnuts, of all things, when he suddenly experienced abdominal pain, nausea and vomiting, and presented to the ED.
