Do you see drug reps?
A group of doctors has launched a campaign calling on GPs to stop seeing drug reps for 12 months.
The No Advertising Please campaign claims visits by pharma representatives distort doctors' prescribing practice as they are about marketing and sales not about educating doctors on new medicines.
The campaign is being backed by a group of leading doctors and academics, including professors of evidence-based medicine at Bond University
Australian Doctor would like to know what GPs do now. Do you see drug reps? Or have you stopped accepting their visits?
